Head gasket HELP!

So bought my gf a 97 neon, with a dohc motor. So its basically the 420a from my understanding and looks like i need to replace the head gasket. I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand on doing this? I dont have a lot of experience with it and dont have a ton of cash, so im just looking for someone to help a DSMer out.

Really would appreciate it guys if anyone had a lending hand and free time in the Grand Rapids, MI area...

i wish i could help but i dnt live up there.... but if you start by taking the valve cover off and locate the head stud/bolts.... then you will have to find all the hoses and vacume lines that connect to the head .... then u will have to take off the exhaust manifold..... then the last thing is to take out the head bolts and itll come off... but u will have to get new head bolts and new gasgets

if u need any thing else just let me know... i kinda did it in a nut shell
