Looking for suggestions on AWD dynos to tune my car on in the Chicagoland area OTHER than AMS. Everytime I call- nobody picks up. Either way, looking for shops that'll tune my VR4. If you can give me rates too that'd be great.

It does look good...but holy cow at the $200 first hour price. I guess you gotta pay to play.

Hey man you can give DEVO tuning a try. Theyre actually having they're first customer appreciation BBQ / DSM & EVO meet tomorrow, Sunday, starting at 2 PM.

Get directions off of the web site under contact.

AMS!!!!! THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY. I just got tuned about a month ago and am running 27 psi on a evo3 16g. thats for 100 octane though, but check my mods and thats what they were able to get out of it. 318awhp. and it only took about 1 1/2 hours and cost about $330 I 110% reccomend them and how can you go wrong when they are the dsm experts in Chicagoland. The other option for a street tune would be Devotuning, I have heard great things from many people, but they have no dyno. I would go to AMS for a tune 100 times before I go anywhere else. As for not answering the phone, when I go there they are very busy, but I always see them answering the phones..... but try their AIM screen name AMStuned and good luck

you could try hittin up porsche exchange, but they are all the way in bumble#### zion, theres also a shop in the benesenville area which has one, i forgot the name, and theres a porsche shop on york/irving park in benseville, but Im not sure if they have one or not. GRD has a dyno but I doubt they actually know how to tune. I have a freidn who wideband tunes cars and does a really good job at it, hes in the shaumburg area if you want.

Yea, I do know they're worth it. But I'm tired of working with shops that can't handle the business side of having a shop. Your mods look similar to mine which I have on a fresh six bolt. I will try them a couple more times I guess.

They were the second place I called. Can't get them on the phone either....as the number I've been trying to reach them at is disconnected.

They are only open mon-fri, and They close everyday from 1pm-2pm for lunch, so no one is there to answer the phone....dunno if that will solve anything, but I wouldn't give up on them.
