looking for help on 1st gen

If anyone has a free day on some weekend that has knowledge on aftermarket turbos on the 1st gen, I would really appreciate some help. The water line is in the way of the turbo, the water lines and oil lines for the turbo don't come close to lining up, and the downpipe will run straight into my oil filter. I just cant see whats wrong and a second set of eyes or someone with experience would be helpful.

Glad to see someone is willing, but wisconsin rapids is a far drive. I'm probably just gonna have to trailer it in to a shop and have them do the work, as much as I hate that. I just don't know what else to do.
