DSM vs. SUBY at Norwalk Ohio who was there?

did anyone else go to this event? there was a 1G that caught fire and burnt to the ground on its second run. driver was ok but the car burnt for like 15mins. did anyone else see this?

i didnt see a talon catch on fire. i was pretty impressed. especially with that guy yusef's evo.

Ya I was at the shootout today. That was such a nice Dsm. That car went up in smoke so fast. I feel bad for Showdown DSM, it was a shame but the driver was ok. I'm sure they will be back to kick some ass again. My buddy got a lot of footage of the fire and I shot some pics.
That black Glant VR4 was so bad Ass. That car would be so crazy on the Street. The white Evo2 or 3 was awesome too.

Thats my galant! Thanks for the comments, I had a good time. Im gonna put a methanol injection kit on it and try to run those times on 93 octane that way I dont have to roll around on C16. Then the LS1s around here will be in BIG trouble.

P.S. I LOVE that pic of the car in the staging lanes that ForceFed4 took. You cant even see the intercooler at any angle unless your dead in front of the car. God I love sleepers.......

A buddy of mine just put a methanol kit on his Grand National, if you haven't bought it already let me know and I can find out from him what one it was. It was a excellent kit, very nice bottle (looked like a windshield washer one) very well made, nice pump and works great for him. Mind you he is making a little more power than most of us...1273whp

BTW sad for showdown they have helped me alot on my car and my motor is from them. Talked to them and they are just very upset but promised to be back soon with something

I was there.. it was pretty sweet.. I was embarrassed of my car though as soon as I pulled into that parking lot When that 1g caught on fire though it was soo sad. And it just kept burning...

If he has a GN, he probibly has an Alky Control Kit. That is the same kit our AMS Evo Water Injection Kit is based off. I will be using a variation of the same one.
