91 talon wont go into gear

I have a 91 5 speed talon tsi. Just replaced the slave cylinder and got brand new shifter cables for it. I cant get any gears except maybe 4th and reverse. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

also keep bleeding it if you havent already, do it a bit and try to shift it again. follow the video above.

I bled the clutch and its feels like it dis before i broke ny cables. I cant get the shifter to even wanna try to go into gear.

you know could be the transmission you never know one day its fine the next problems.
