Anybody know where I cqn get lick and stick inspection and emissions stickers in eastern pennsylvania? My car passed inspection but the emissions monitors won't set and they won't put the inspection sticker on because my country requires emissions. I don't have the money to go to satan to have them do the drive cycle to set the monitors. Btw this is my 98 tsi awd. I live between Philly and Allentown but can travel to a shop. I can't afford anymore tickets. Any help would be greatly appreciated
