i bought a fp manifold what o2 housing should i get that would go with the manifold?

Port the stock 2g o2

well i have a a evo 3 o2 housing right now and a evo3 manifold do you think i did a good thing by buying the fp manifold

The manifold you buy will not affect the o2 that is required to used.
Unless you have a crazy setup with a fat snail.
I just had my stock o2 ported the heck out, haven't had any problems.
