It's 20g time! Hopefully I'll get all this shit on the car in the next month or two. Then we'll see what kind of punishment this high milege 6 bolt can indure :rocks:
 
Thats pretty bad ass. LOL. Remember though a 20G cant do anything without a motor. LOL.

I hope it turns out pretty good.

I'm just figuring it will take me a month, possibly two before I get it all ready. The turbo is rebuilt and ready to rock!:rocks: I just want to get some bigger injectors, get a dump tube built to recirculate into my 02 housing and rewire my walbro. It's not much work really and I kind of want to go to the track one more time with the 16g. Plus I work 5 days a week, the holidays sleeping in bla bla I'm good at making excuses to be lazy. I already have all the gaskets/crush washers for the install so maybe I'll stop being a lazy ass and get it done next weekend. I'm curious to see how long this stock 6 bolt will hold together :sneaky:
 
What type of injectors are the 650's. I have 550's on the Galant and will need something a bit bigger. How would you want for them? My block on the VR-4 is getting close to 180K

The injectors are FIC's and they are practically brand new. I just scored a set of 950's on ebay this weekend so it looks like i'll be making this swap pretty soon. I'm going to try and make it to the track on Dec 5th with the 16g and I'll probably swap the turbo after that.

I'm not sure, I might keep it for my other car, but I'm not sure yet. I'll let you know if I'm going to sell it.

I bet it can, it has the 3" inlet and a TDO6H turbine wheel. Just needs a garret 50 trim wheel to make it equal a green if I remember right. I'm going to run it as is but that is definitely something I will look into if I ever max this thing out.
 
Well I got it on the car last night :thumb: Got it running at 20psi right now, but I need to build a new boost leak tester before i really start beating on it. That's one of the good and bad things about speed density, boost leaks don't affect the way the car runs, but you'll be over-spinning the shit out of your turbo and not know it.

What up Clint!? Yeah it's coming right along but I really need to take a night, find a good spot and get a good tune. It's alright how it is now but I want to start from scratch and get a good pump map with this 20g. I put some 100 octane in this weekend and ran 25psi and this was my face --> :D :hellyeah:

I'm probably going to throw in my 950cc injectors tonight and start tuning it again. I'm running out of injector at 22psi with the 650's LOL my logs show the duty cycle as high as 111% and I was leaning out to 11.2:1 - which is not good on 91 octane.
