I'm having problems with cold start, it takes a few tries to get it running because it goes up to around 2k and then dies like 5 times in a row and then it will slowly warm up and bring the idle up and stable instead of surging a bit at first.
Here is an idle log from after a nice cruise and 2 pulls which I will put up also. At 123sec my STFT drops super fast and it dropped idle around 200rpm which confuses me. Any help would be great along with what I should change. Just trying to get the car to run good for now. It runs ok but I know it could be a lot better.
From Dave about my STFT dropping:
I thought deadtime was suppose to be increased by numbers that are divisible by 15?
Can you help me out with LTFT, etc. I don't completely understand them even after reading the Wiki and other things numerous times. From my understanding from my idle log I should increase the airflow sliders 31% at 50hz.
1.06*2.93=3.1058
150hz should be
1.08*1.7=1.836 or +18%
Am I doing this correct?
What about the fuel sliders what should I do with those?
Ben on dsmsource noticed:
I went in and mechanically adjusted the TPS so it was at .63V with the throttle closed. I found out that mechanically the throttle wasn't opening up completely so I adjusted the cable some and cannot get past 78%. I used the TPS adjustment scale and got it up to 98% by using 119% but then my volts were way off and my rawthrotpos was up in the 40's when it should be at 32. My ISCposition was below 100. Shouldn't it be 140 or so or does all these other problems correlate with this?
When I tried to adjust the throttle cable it wouldn't close completely when I tightened the bolts with the throttle open. This was all after a 3 hour long drive so the throttle cable was definitely warmed up. Obviously I'm not getting into open loop correctly so I could really use some help.
Sorry I know its a lot but I figured i'd give as much info as possible, hopefully someone can help me out here...

That's where the ECU gave up making the mixture rich in an effort to get the front O2 sensor to respond. The front O2 signal did change subtly in response, so I think the mixture really is extremely lean rather than the problem being a bad O2 sensor. The WB also says that the mixture is lean. Since the injector pulsewidth is reasonable for 650s, I would suspect a fuel pressure problem (or the injectors aren't really 650s). If it runs fine otherwise, though, try increasing the deadtime adjustment setting signficantly (100 at a time).

Just from a quick look, there seems to be a couple of issues.
First, in the 3rd gear pull, your Boostest is ~4.5 PSI and your throttle position is 64%. If you were WOT than these values should be ~10 PSI and 100%. Using the values you actually have logged you probably aren't even entering open-loop and DSMLink isn't actually controlling the fuel delivery and timing.
Also, your ECU is adding a **** ton a fuel at idle. All of this combined points to a boost leak and mis-adjusted TPS. Start by looking into those and I will continue digging through your logs.
EDIT: In your 3rd gear log it shows it took you 10 seconds to go from 3300 RPM to 6600 RPM. Were you WOT or is this some kind of part throttle log?
