I don't have the logger in front of me so im running off memory here as im tuning someone elses car. It's a 93 AWD with b16g, 560's, 2g mas, fmic, 255, afpr, pretty much all supportings. Anyways I have tried up and down to tune this car with no luck. I have had 6 of these cars and never have I had such issues. Last week we found out about the AFC neo reflash bug and thought WHOALAH!!!! but after recieving the newly flashed neo today its back to the same old crap. We are running cali 91 at 37 psi base FP, starting the tune at 12psi of boost. Got the low trims pretty buttoned up and carried them up to the high trims. After a couple of runs with INSANE knock we added more fuel and even tried upping base FP to 43. STILL the High setting are around +20 ACROSS and knock is still here!!!! at this point i called timeout on our tuning session to consult and rethink. We have 750's and an Chipped EPROM just waiting to go in but we wanted to at least have things smooth before throwing more complications at the car. heres what were looking at (from memory)
rpm timing knock p/w 02
3500 14 6 %55 .89
4000 15 7 %60 .87
4500 13 8 %70 .87

I can't for the life of me figure out what this car wants. we feed it more fuel and it sputters, take fuel away and it knocks like crazy. either way i have NEVER gotten the car to see anything over 17* timing at WOT. Someone help me out here I've been stumped on this car for a while now. Checked for boost leaks multiple times as well. The only thing i can think of is that one or more of the injectors is dirty/clogged and is causing the motor to have abnormal lean conditions. But if this were the case wouldnt the o2 still read rich from the other cylinders running too rich from me correcting the one cylinders lean condition?

Sounds like you are to rich. I didn't read the complete thread but the 560 are 15% bigger and the base pressure is up to 43psi and you are still adding +22 on the Neo. That's adding way to much fuel for that set up. You need to put base fuel pressure back to 37psi with the line off and zero out the setting because they are way off. I can believe you took the car to the track like that seems like a waste of time and money.

Best thing you could do is sell the Neo and buy ECMlink. There is a lot more support and a log will tell us a lot of what is actually going on instead of guessing.

Fuel pressure is different on 1g's.

To the OP, what's your base timing set to?

Also 550s and the 2gmaf match up pretty well, so if anything you need to be pulling fuel, not adding it.
