Adjust TPS sensor. You can do this with the car off (make sure key is in ON position). Make sure it reads 0 when off the throttle and 100 when WOT. Also make sure throttle cable is adjusted and your floor mat isn't preventing the pedal from going the whole way down.

Also, just curious as to where you got your global and deadtime numbers. Both
JeffGST's page and the
DSMlink wiki are different from yours. Check those two pages out and make the adjustments. For the global, I would just go between the two suggested numbers.
I would say your next goal would be to get a wideband. Yes, you can do some conservative adjustments with the fuel to get to an 11:1 ratio, but it would be much better to have a dedicated wideband sensor so you can log it and know exactly what your A/F ratio is.
You do airflow sliders first (pretty much in check), then fuel sliders (highly suggested to have wideband), then lastly timing sliders.
