Wow thats a drive for you .. I went on a float trip down there this summer.

yeah a week ago i was living in manhattan ks, i am in the army and i was posted at Ft Riley and i just did a permanent change of station to FT Leonard Wood
but yeah it is about a 4 hr drive for me.

I'd be down for another meet this year. I missed the annual Missouri Mitsubishi meet but now that my car is back on the road, count me in.

A simple get together, would love to show the KC area that DSM are still alive and whooping some V8's. Looking to meet at 135th and Metcalf around 9 pm till the cows come home. This Saturday night. We can meet earlier for those outside of KC. Just post an time.

this sucks, I just got back from the sanddunes this sunday evening and saw this post. I just finished a stock spyder to awd swap and would love to meet up. If anyone is interested in trying to do another weekend meet I am up for it. Also a local guy StJoeTalon, would be willing to ride down with me too. There are still a few DSM up here in St Joe too that I am sure I could get to come. Let me know, how was the one this recent weekend???

Rob, you are located in the Southern east of the state, closer to St.Louis or even Memphis. KC is the west edge of the state. But you are welcome anytime!

I know this thread is somewhat older, but if any of you local KC DSMers want to get something together in the next month or so I'd be down! I don't frequent Tuners as much as I do Talk (I moderate there), but I'd like to meet some of you guys I see when I'm out and about in the DSM.

Why not a meet in the summer? Around June? Should be great weather by that time yeah? If anyone is planning one could we have it in June? As I'll be back to the states on leave from the UK... hopefully my changing of wiring harnesses will fix my lighting issue. But yeah - if no one will plan one I will. So if interested let me know and we'll figure something out.
