there is another on cardomain, some wiggar that has his eclipse all full of fiberglass and 7" flip screens. But is claiming it revs to 11.5k rpms, and makes 400 horse on the initial breakin tune, but has no build list, and is running a turbo about the same size as a 16g. Now I dont doubt that you could make 400 on a 16g and a 2.3l stroker, but there is no way in hell its going to rev to 11.5k.
