Not a Factory forged engine.... Only factory stuff comes in .020 increments. But it is possible. .080 wisecos are the highest bore that I know of.

What if he meant .5 mm over?? Thats just a normal .020 then... Just a thought, since most .020 pistons, even factory ones say .5 on them when they are .020 over. See Evo 9 piston below is a .5 on it, meaning .020 thousandths.
