I just got done browsing through a 13 page or more thread on superhonda.com The Op was asking about engine swaps and what would be the best for his eg hatch. In all the pages there were on the thread there might have been maybe 2 or 3 replies that were on topic. The other countless replies were people talking shit on each others cars. The thread was pointless. The Op of the thread is my friend and I dont think he got any useful information at all out of it. I just want to say Im glad we have a good forum like this that is actually helpful and more times than not stays on topic. :hellyeah:

I wake up cold in the mornings. I usually sleep in my boxers. Lately, I been using my feet to grab the sweatpants off the end of the bed. I then slowly ease my legs into them and voila, I am warm again. However, the afternoons are quite warm. I felt comfortable yesterday in a t-shirt. Today, kinda stuffy in a hoodie.

You're weird man. Haha just kiddin!

cold and rainy for two days chilly and sunny for two days then cold and rainy

Right when I read the post I knew what the replies were going to be like! What asses! LOL Funny though...

To the original poster, thanks. We do our best to maintain a higher standard around here in our tech forums. You can thank the Mods for enforcing the posted rules for that. Some will always complain about how strict it is around here, but your friend would have appreciated our moderating efforts in his thread, I'm sure.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist myself. That is why I love this place, people actually have a sense of humor and don't just rip you about everything.

And unlike me, they stay on topic

How ironic that someone with a bad reputation starts a thread like this LOL

Im still here. Kind of amazed at all the replies it got tho. And the bad reputation thing, that comes from my very first post ever on this site years ago.

How 'bout giving this guy a break Chris ;)

Details, details, what was in the first post?

Its been a couple of years so I don't remember the thread exactly, but it was someone asking about if the rim size would fit his car. The rims were 18's which at the time I had 18's on my car with no problem ### so ever. Apparently the offset of the rims wouldnt work so I was giving missinformation.

Most Honda guys like to rip on anyone who doesn't own a Honda. I couldn't care less for mainstream bs and to me that is what Honda is all about.
Most forums are the same as your pal's Honda forum. Good job to all the mods and Ludachris.
I have to put a heater core in my 94 Sable tomorrow, a clutch in my bro's explorer, go to my wife's 10 year hs reunion, rake up tons of acorns from my yard, squeeze in the ufc event, and drink a cold beer or 2.
