New project car, 2g AWD Auto. $300, haahha.

I just picked up a gunmetal 2g awd with 100k on the clock for $300. All it needs is a longblock (bare, it came with all the accessories like turbo, intake manny etc), a front bumper cover and some paint on the front end.

I already ordered a 98 talon front bumper for the car, and have a motor lined up from a friend tahts doing a 6 bolt swap. Hopefully putting a 1g 7 bolt engine into a 2g auto wont give me too many problems

Anyway here are the pics, the car is bone stock and will probly stay that way, no mods planned other than ricer mods (98 talon front bumper, 17 or 18" wheels, and 1.75' drop).

i thought 97-99 came with different style of the wing...i might be mistaken

u mean 97-98 .. never seen no 99 talon . yes they came with a diff wing . He said he ordered a 97 front bumper. they will fit but the headlights have to be changed or else nicely sized gaps.

That's only on the eclipse, the 2g talon never got the 2gb headlight swap... they're the same each and every year for the 2g....

The blue painted interior pieces havea lready been fixed, you are too slow.

Fix it, get it running, clean the interior real good, throw a cheap MAACO paint job on it, sell it for a few thousand, make money.

If anyone wants a 98 TSI buy his silver one. He's had it for sale forever. I'm sure he wouldn't mind the extra cash. I think he even installed a 14 B on it.
