Pilot Motorsports Strut Bar

i was looking for a cheaper gift that my sister would want to buy me, and i came across.

pilot motorsports carbon fiber Rear and front package for 59+shipping.

i want show, but require performance. is this a good sturt bar? has anyone, heard, feedback, thoughts?

Hrm, sounds like a generic knock-off. I'd go with these:

The Pilot rear bars that I've seen have mounting plates that make a flat 90* angle between the shock tower and the bar. This gives them almost zero strength in the direction that you need it. They are, IMO, worthless for anything other than being a cheapo harness and baby-seat mount.

i made the mistake of getting pilot STBs on my first DSM. i will never by that flexible POS again and will persuade everyone i meet to do the same.

Powder-coated grey and they actually work. For about $30 more than Pilot.
