What kinda of suspention and upgrades will I need to have to launch 2g GSX with 300HP at 6000-7000rpms and not worry bout siting on the ground with no tires on the car?

Why in god's name do you want to launch that high?

ok now my suspenshon is stock as well as the all the driveline parts ecept the clut wich is 2600 ACT.I tought that if i have this clut i will be able to launch at 6000-7000 rpm with no problem for my drivelines!!!

Please, sell your DSM and use the money to buy another copy of 2 Fast 2 Furious because I have a feeling you're going to wear out your first copy...

LOL this guys funny :) try launching at 5,000 5,500 rpm. you'll be just fine there. Im just barely able to handle launching at that. :-\ <---sorry driver....(with autozone clutch)

the feeling when launch around 6000 rpm is crazy expecialy when u have over 300 HP that is why i wan make sure when launch i ll fine
cuz it feels awesomebut last time i had some noise and that is why im here askin for upgrades.

launch it at 5500 and you'll be fine. 7000 is only good for breaking things.

is your profile current? i find it hard to believe you are makin 300 hp n/a if it is.

ill be interested to know how big the hole he will blow in his tranny casing will be, i see differentials exploding like grenades on one of the 7k layunches

didnt u notice that the powerband on your 2g cams ends at about 6k? y would you want to launch at 7k when 5k will be a good bit faster without costing you a thousand in broken parts every 3 times u do it?

well yea I notices that is why i said 6000-7000 but i never launched at 7000 i did at 5.5 and I got scare of braking someting and i wont do it again till i upgrade the trany

Oh man thats great. LOL :D

7K launches, that sounds like a number you came up with, you looked at your tach and said that looks good.

launch what you can, just because it can rev up that high doesnt mean it should, like they said 5500 is perfect and SLIP the clutch, or if you are bored and want to destroy stuff, drop the clutch.

I launched my Laser at 6500 RPMs once, :p Stock suspension took it well. But you know i sure popped my right tire from all that wheel spin, "FWD" You have AWD Bounch that baby off the rev limiter and let her go  Just make sure you got a bucket ready for all the scrap metal you'll have left over!

I launched my old stealth at redline just before i sold it to see what would happen...clutch slipped alot, nothing broke

It's not your 1. "suspenshon" that is the concern, it is your driveline. Just because you have the ACT 2. "clut", doesnt mean your drivetrain is bullet proof (actually, a person such as yourself who rev's to 7K and dumps it are the ones who come back 2 weeks later saying "This clutch is crap, it broke my tranny yo!!!" "Upgrade the tranny"? To what? If taken care of and driven properly, there is no need to upgrade tranny parts because you wont be 3. "braking" anything.

Not sure, but maybe you mean:
1. Suspension
2. Clutch
3. Breaking

Maybe Im wrong and these are actually new parts and terms I have never heard of  How many are with me on this one? I feel like "DSM powa" word of mouth is spreading to all the rice boys. I think alot of DSM mechanics will be making $$$'s off these guys breaking every part left and right over the next few years to come.
