 SO I have a 91 TSI AWD, and everyone says I do not need a full sway bar kits, since the front one is so big. And all I need is a rear..but I am not sure what brand to go with...what is everyone using?

I have the ST rear bar and I like it alot. It really helps tune out some of the mid-corner understeer and and helps turn in.

True, you don't need the full kit. The front car is large enough already. As for the rear, I've heard a alot of good things about RM. There's many out there. I guess it's up to you.

The ST is the way to go IMO. That's what I have on my car. I do recomend replacing the front sway bar rubber pivots with poly units.

For even more predictable handling I also recomend welding the lateral links in the rear trailing arms. www.taboospeedshop.com has some good pieces for this. If you are in the Seattle area go talk to Andre at Pina motorsports about the welding. He does great work.
