Strut Bearing Plate. . .Do we have them??

do all cars with struts have them?

I'm pretty sure their called bushing or bearing plates.

I have a bad rattle when I hit a bump on my passenger side front.
I have had the same noise before on my vw GTI. I replaced that plate and no more rattle. any info would be great. ( i have a 97 talon n/t)
 
If you have struts you have bearing plates, I have not seen a car that didn't have bearing plates with the struts.
