I am in the process of having my new body kit painted and it is so low with my Tokico spings that the skirts are literally two of my fingers off the ground. I wanted to know what the best springs are that I could get that would give me better than stock performance with very little drop? Please let me know ASAP as I am trying to get this finished.

Thanks a million!

Thank you for the welcome and the advice. I was hoping of something with even less of a drop but I will see how those would work...

I just ordered a set of Tein S-Tech springs. They lower the car by 1.3front, 1.2 rear.

They are much cheaper than the Eibachs but i hear they are of excellent quality. The only catch is that they have one set for both the AWD and FWD 95-99 eclipses. I e-mailed them about it and they told me that it will work fine with the AWD.

you can get them here :
www.iapdirect.com for about $160shipped

I have asked 100 times maybe this will clear up the confusion.

Are there any springs that perform better than stock AT THE STOCK HEIGHT????

H&R makes an OEM height spring, and I highly recommend the Sport series.

I installed Espelir Active Super Downs and as far as I see it, Im around a 1.3" and 1.5" drop. Ride quality is better than stock springs and shock (well I have KYB AGXs now and a four wheel alighnment). I love this setup with my 18 wheels - Rays Gram Lights 57F Pro Cs!

Screw springs, get some ground controls for a little more money.

Springs suck for DSM's.

H&R OE Sports only lower about an inch

H&R makes OE srpings but they are not the sports. I have the sports and it lowered the front anywhere from 1.5-2 inches from stock and thats all depending how much gas is in your tank. It is definitely 1.5 minimum. They are lower than the Eibach prokit when you first put them on. But i think Eibach's are crap b/c they sag like nobody's business. H&r sports also lower the car 1.4 in the rear which is about correct so it gives a nice looking stance compared to slammed all around.

Look on the H&R website and you should be able to see the OE springs.

Well I got a killer deal on the Ground Controls so I got them and they came in today. They look good, just going to be a pain in the bootie to put on. Hope they work, I will let you all know how they are in a couple weeks
