Better handling WITHOUT lowering springs

Anyone have recommendations for a suspension setup WITHOUT lowering springs? I'm thinking some adjustable shocks, and all the tie bars and such.

Any advice would be ultra-appreciated.

Sounds like you already answered your own questions. Basically, do every other suspension part other than springs: shocks, upper and lower, front and rear strut bars, sway bars and really good tires.

The above and stiffer than stock but stock height springs. If it never rains and your roads are smooth a pair of S03s would help alot aswell ;P

I just bought a set of ST sway bars for the front and rear because I did not want to lower or ride to rough. I will install them on tuesday and let you know if they are worth getting.

coilovers work great at stock ride height too.....so it is actually pretty easy to get 'stiffer than stock but stock ride height springs'

If your woprried about ride height i would recommend the Eibach Pro-Kit to you. I have the pro-kit with koni yellow's up front and kyb agx's in the rear. There isnt more than an inch and a half difference from the original stance with the stock springs and worn out shocks.

I did not install the ST sway bars because my 90gst has a solid rear axle and did not come with a factory rear sway bar, so instead I am going to sell the sways and buy a set of Eibach-Pro kits and use my stock struts at first and if I like the ride hight I will buy a set of KYB GR-2
struts, I saw a set of new pro kits on ebay for $178 on the buy iy now price and $175 for 4 new GR-2s. I will let you know after I get the springs on.

i disagree, the eibach prokit is way to low for my liking... i scrape everytime i leave my house.. it really pisses me off ...are there any springs that lower less then 1"?

Might try the H&R OE springs. Look for them at tirerack.com.

I looked at the H&R springs at tirerack.com and they have more drop then Eibachs. Is there another co. that sells stiffer than stock but normal hight springs?

Get coilovers. You can set to stock ride height, but have much much stiffer springs.

Coilovers have full size progressive rate springs no matter where you set the ride height. It is the way2go.
