I don't have sport but I have the race springs...they are a little lower and stiffer...I love them huge improvement in handling over stock. You can look at my pics in the gallery if you want to see them...its low like a 2.25-2.4" drop when it was supposed to be 2" but I think they look sick

LOL I'm another person that has H&R sport springs but no pics, sorry! IMO the next best thing to the eibach pro-kits.

I got picks of mine with H&R race springs in the gallery.:D Sports should be a couple inches higher.
The race springs are low and you will have to know whare you can go with your car and know whare to say nope , cant make it in there, nope gotta cross this dip at an angle. OMG

I've got the H&R sports with stock rims. I'll have to transfer some pics from my camera, but the cord is at work.

I'll try to grab it later and post up some pics.

also my tires are 205/55/16 on stock rims of course. will these rub when i put on these springs b/c the tires are alittle thicker than normal but not noticably much.

I forgot to measure the car before the drop. I measured the height of a stock gst next to mine with stock rims. I swear mine is dropped closer to 2.5 inches in the front and 2 inches in the rear. It looks bad ass.

Unfortunately I can't take any pics now, because my car is sitting on jack stands for the rest of the week and any pics won't give you any idea of the drop. Heh...
