my friend has a 2000 eclipse and wants to buy coilovers.. anyone with coilovers want to let me know how rough the ride is? (stock everything just coilovers) thanks :dsm:

ROUGH AS HELL! I have R1's which dont' have a very stiff spring rate and before i got my tokico blues, i acually literally hit my head on the cieling a couple times going over some bumps. Oh yeah blew the struts out in a week and a half. And my camber was messed up pretty bad. I only had about 2-2.25 inch drop on it too. Now i got tokico blues, and a rear camber kit, and man dude the new struts make a difference but coilovers ain't the kinda spring you want if your looking for ride quality i'll say that. If i could do it again, i'd go with GOOD coilovers or progressive rate springs. K i'm done.
