Ok so I installed my Front engine bay strut bar and trunk strut bar in this month. First mod! If that is even considered a mod :p .

Now I am looking into sway bars. I have been reading on wiki what the sway bars do and how it increases your suspensions stability / stiffens your ride etc. :sneaky:

So I looked through Google, the site, and other sites about Sway bars for the 2g Eclipses. I am interested in putting a Sway bar into my 95 N/T RS. I know the base models literally came with nothing. The GS, GS-T, GSX, came with sway bars while the RS had nothing installed.

Links I have read and actually read a few times.

So now I am wondering where should I start? Which sway bars should I go with?
:confused:
I know about 4 junkyards with 3g Eclipses. Another yard with a lot of Turbo'd Talons, Eclipses, Sebring, Avengers, but no Galant's! ); I think there might be a few, not sure right now since I didn't pay so much attention to them. :ohdamn:

Should I get all the parts from a 3g Eclipse? or get from a 2g GS/Turbo/other vehicles? :confused:

Please inform me with information about sway bars for our vehicles. Thank you for reading and posting on DSMTUNERS. :dsm: :dsm: :dsm:

id start with some coilovers/lowering springs, or maybe an intake, ive seen your car and it seems youve got everything figured out so far. or some headers;

I'll borrow this thread so I won't have to make a new one.

The stock sway bars (especially rear) are quite worn and rusty. They need at least new bushings, so while we are at it we might as well change the sway bars too.

Does anyone have experience on Godspeed sway bars? They are $160 shipped for a set of 2 on ebay and that's about half the price of brand name ones. They should be at least a lot better than stock ones, right? We are after improved handling and less body roll of course, but it's not a race car so no need for the best - just good bang-for-buck-ratio. Experiences please? Also if there are better ones for $200ish a set, suggestions are welcome. We are rather in a hurry so no time to look around for months after a used set.

Oh, the car is a '95 GS with stockish suspension - Sachs gas shocks and stock springs, droplinks have been changed to new ones a year ago. The car will get coilovers in the future though.
