lowering spring 95 esi

im looking into lowering my talon and was wondering if anyone could suggest any good lowering springs. im not looking to spend alot of money so i was thinking ebay stuff like these 95-00 Dodge Avenger COILOVER LOWERING COIL SPRINGS Kit | eBay and how exactly would i install these on my stock suspension

Lowering your car and "im not looking to spend a lot of money" don't belong in the same sentence. Those ebay "coilovers" are complete crap. When it comes to lowering your car, you either save up your money and do it correctly, or dont do it at all. It is not worth the safety risk of putting that cheap ebay junk suspension on your car.

Grab some from a vendor and keep us and yourself safe, kyb, ebiach, koni grab some good stuff.

will i need to buy new struts or anything like that i would buy coilovers but there out of my budget

For a cheap set up I would go with the Tokico HP lowering kit, and the diy rear camber kit. The Tokico kit comes with struts and springs for a pretty decent price. This may be good for what your looking for.
