Which shocks would suit me best?

I just bought a set of Eibach Prokit Lowering Springs. I've been looking around for some shocks/struts to go along with them. I've looked at the Koni Adjustables, Tokico Illuminas, and the AGX Adjustables. Which would support me the best. I really like the Tokico but im not sure which would be the best. Any suggestions?

Koni Yellows are probably the best bet, but the most expensive. I don't have any experience with the Tokico's, but people seem to love them. KYB AGX's are weird, and KYB says that if you use them on a car lowered more than 1.3" in the front it will void the warranty.

yeah, koni's are extremely expensive but you get what you pay for. the tokico's are really nice my friend has them on his eclipse but he doesnt like them tooo much. thats wierd with the AGX's though. what does it void? the warranty on the shocks or the warranty on the car? (stupid question i know, im guessing the warranty on the shocks)

Yeah it's the warranty on the shocks. This came right from the horses mouth. I couldn't get a straight answer on whether they would work or not, so I emailed KYB. Originally the shock housing was too long on the front shocks for the car to be lowered at all. Then they redesigned them and you can drop it 1.3". They made a new part number for the new shocks. I have it somewhere. I thought the prokit was only supposed to be a 1.3" drop, so you may be okay. If you want to sacrafice the adjustablity you could probably always with the Gr2's on the front and the AGX on the rear. I've seen several people with that setup.

yeah my friend with the prokit and tokico illumina setup actually lowered his car about 1.6 which isnt bad at all. so i was def. thinking about going with that setup. but i havent talked to many people with the koni's i really only know people getting the tokico's on there cars.

Konis are a wonderful shock if you can afford them.

Tokico is a good street shock. Next on my list would be AGX.
