h&r spring vs tein s tech

i have tein s tech springs on my 1g awd and i want to get h&r springs. will the h&r springs lower it more/ bc thats what i want! and i got the teins and they are nt that good at handling either. help

As far as performance the H&R spring tends to be a bit stiffer so your car should handle a bit better. Your drop will depend on which H&R spring you get.

The sport springs will usually lower it more than basic springs.
