Lowered my car with some megan coilovers this past winter and just had an alignment done. Here are the numbers:

Left Front: Right Front:
camber = -1.2 degrees camber: -1.4 degrees
caster: 4.9 degrees caster: 4.2 degrees
toe: -.45 degrees toe: -.46 degrees
Total Toe: -.91 degrees
steer ahead: 0.00 degrees
Left Rear: Right Rear:
camber: -2.8 degrees camber: -2.9 degrees
Toe: .22 degrees toe: .15 degrees

Total Toe: .37 degrees
Thrust angle: .03 degrees

I believe the rear is going to need the diy camber adjustment, so, i have purchased the supplies. My question about the rear is, how will i know (obviously without having another alignment done) how many washers to use?

Also, any adjustment advice? Thanks again!

Well, you should have had the shims with you while getting it aligned. That's a lot of neg camber so it'll probably take 3/16-1/4 inch worth of shim to get it back in spec. There's no way to know without an alignment or knowing how much you've lowered your car.
