275/60/15 DR's Anyway to fit?

Anyway a 275/60/15 drag radial will fit my 97 GST? Will I be able to turn enough to make turns? What kind of offset would be needed? Theres a good deal on some hoosiers in that size locally and my GST really needs help in the traction department. I know its stupid big, but its a pretty good deal. Forgot to mention Im on stock suspension.
