Angry ABS Nightmare

I am having some major ABS problems with my 91 Galant vr4. Ok my abs on my car is REALLY frustrating me and i cant figure it out. Under all normal or any braking the abs kicks on and i can barely stop. This is really turning out to be dangerous cause its my DD and i don't have any choice but to drive it. :banghead: Why would this be happening? The sensors aren't dirty and are not spaced incorrectly. Is there any way to disengage the ABS till i can remove it completely? What would happen if you removed all the sensors? Can anyone help or give me some suggestions on what to do or try cause i cant keep driving the car like this cause one of these times im gonna wreck cause i wont be able to stop.

Pull the fuse in the mean time. That should get you braking normally again. But thats pretty wild that the ABS is super active.
It could be a bad brake speed sensor.

well the even more confusing part is that i have had this car for alittle over a year and the ABS has never worked. I could drive around in the snow, slam on the brakes and i would just slide, not once did the abs kick on or even attempt to but now all of a sudden it wont turn off.

i have the same problem in my Vr-4 its a wheel speed sensor thats bad. All you half to do is like said above Remove the ABS Fuse its the Yellow one in the fuse block on on your positive battery terminal.. You will half to take off the nut on the underside to remove it.
