putting back stock springs

Use a spring compressor and an air gun would really help out. Other than that its just taking it apart and then doing the reverse.

We'll do it like this - Im doing this from memory :p :

Tools Needed:
Air compressor and air impact (are very handy, if not then regular 1/2" ratchet tools will do the trick I believe 17mm is all youll need to remove the strut)
17mm open end wrenches
2 14mm open end wrenches
Spring compressor

You can work on the front or the back at a time.

Jack up the car and put it on jackstands for safety.
Pop off both your wheels.
Look at the bottom of the shock mount that bolts to the lower control arm. You need to remove that bolt and nut.
Remove the end link that bolts to the strut mount.
If you working on the front, pop the hood and pop off the 3 nuts holding the top strut mount - Make sure to be reaching under in the wheel well to hold onto the strut, it will drop.
Manuever the strut out from the suspension. (You may need to press down on the rotor to give some room to remove)
Once you have the strut out, the safest way is to put it in a spring compressor and swap springs. Thats a matter of unbolting the shock at the top and just swapping everything.

Repeat the same thing for the rear (Pop your hatch to access the rear shock towers) and then reverse the steps to install.

Anyone feel free to add or edit anything I missed.
