I have an entirely stock suspension on a 1990 laser FWD turbo with 16 factory wheels. What should I do to suspension to improve conering but most of all get some more straight line traction?

Thanks

You have a few options... Guess it depends on how rough you want the ride to get....

ES Bushings (very hard to install)
Front and Rear sway bar (the rear may improve understeer problems)
Stiffer struts and springs or complete coilovers
Most important - good, grippy tires.

I'm running springs (1.75" drop) with KYB's, but I'll probably change over to a coilover kit next year.
I'm running on road tracks not drag tracks, so i'm not sure on the drag strip applications.

i was looking for similar goals and i decided on lowering springs and shocks

(agx's in the back are esp nice for a fwd cuz full stiff reduces wheel hop and full soft isn't too rough for a daily driver)

i like my set-up, fun to drive and def a gain on launches

i have the kyb's too. So full stiff is the best in the back to reduce the wheelhop, but what about in the front.

Thanks
