Just wanted to show off some pics before I posted an install article. Installation was pretty easy and the instructions were great, even though there were no photos (I'm a visual kind of guy)... disregard the rubber lines in the pic, they hadn't gotten swapped out yet.

you didnt happen to weigh the wilwood caliper to the stocker did you?

Very, very nice. A couple questions: (1) What's the disc diameter, (2) what's the bracket design, and (3) how much of that size disc does the FSL pad sweep?

I have those same rotors on my GSX. Very good support from Todd at TCE. One question though Chris, why did you decide to keep the stock rubber lines?

Looks good Chris :thumb: I got my Wilwood setup from Todd as well and am very happy with it. Will scare you abit the first time you lock it up at 100 mph when your just wanting to try a quick stop ;) . What diameter & thickness are those rotors? Are you actually running the rubber lines or just hadn't swapped them yet in the photo? (didn't think the factory lines would screw into Wilwood calipers)

Zach, I didn't. I thought about doing it but the weight didn't matter to me that much. I probably should have just for kicks though. I can tell you that the old caliper felt heavier than the new one, though the new rotor felt about the same, if not heavier than the old rotor. It's probably pretty close in weight overall.

I was more interested in the stopping power, which was more important than the weight.

Disc diameter is 13". The bracket design is custom-made by TCE - it's basically a rectangular bracket with threaded inserts for the caliper to mount to. I don't have an exact measurement, but it's a pretty good size pad, so it should come in contact with most of the disc.

The rotors are 13x1.10" - it's the Road Race kit. And those are the old rubber lines.
