i just installed new rotors and about 2-3 weeks ago i installed new pads. now there this noise that comes from the brakes its like a little clicking it sound like it happens every whole rotation that the wheel makes like something is toucking. what could this be? i also bout some lubricant for the brake pads when i bought them but i forgot to put it on them would that stop the noise?

Have you tried to spin the hub without the tire on? Maybe you can hear/see where it's coming from.

Does this happen only when the brakes are applied?

I'm not sure if wheel bearings click when they rotate if they're going bad but you can check them while the car is parked normally. Simply push on the wheel, moving the car from side to side a little. If you hear clicking you need to change your wheel bearings.

Did you get non abs rotors, is the wheel perfectly flat on the hub. Look out of the window at the tire and see if it turns lopsided.
