i need help quick on coilovers that i have!!!

i have dropzone coilovers and the coils(springs)are short and i know most any brand for a dsm is the same.my question is could i put the coils(springs)from another set of coilovers that a longer on mine?because the longer the spring the better the ride.

if you wanted a better ride, you should not have gotten dropzones. return them if you can
