Chilliwack,
Well, I can't find a list of spring rates for 1g AWD DSM suspension springs.

factory springs and common upgrage springs, such as ST, Eibach Pro, H&R Sport, Progress etc.

is there such a list somewhere?

I have ST springs in the rear and am going to be swapping them out for H&R Sports.(not OE Sports). See, I have always had an issue with a bit too soft a rear setup. It will bottom too easily when going around a corner that has a dip in it or similar setup. I changed my GR-2's for AGX's and it is better, but I have to have my AGX's set to like 6-8 to make it better, but then its really a bit to harsh and can make the rear end a bit jittery on bumpy roads.

I'm assuming the spring rates on the H&R Sport will be better. And they are new, the ST's in the car are 5+ years old.

thanx

As far as I know almost anything with GC. I was running 440lb in the front and 375lb in the rear. I just called them and told them what I was going to be doing with the car and they made a suggestion of 400/front 300rear and I said I wanted just a little stiffer, ended up with 440/375.
