Baer Decela rotors?

Just happened to see these when I was looking at which rotors to get when I do my fwd to awd brake upgrade. I was looking at the brembo sport slotted or the power slot rotors but then I saw the baer decelarotors. They come with both slotting and drilling at the same time. I know drilling isn't usually recommended because of cracking but the part that got my interest is that they offer a 3 year warranty against worping & cracking . Their only about $15 more then the brembo or powerslot. So is anyone running these and what do you think?

I am currently running the Baer Decella rotors. Their warranty and price sold me on them. I am a dealer for Baer and Powerslot, and was originally going to go with Powerslots, but these Decela's are a better bang for the buck IMO. I've had mine on for roughly 8 months now, and I've had no problems whatsoever. I also recently purchased a new set of 2G AWD calipers and brackets to use with these.

Here's a pic of them on my car:

So it looks from the pic that those are the smaller fwd rotors? and sounds like you haven't worped them yet, which is pretty impressive since the factory fwd ones worp so easily. Thats the only reason Im upgrading to the awd setup, the fwd brakes always seemed to have enough stopping ability for me. But they do look pretty puny behind my or any 18" wheel.

Yeah, I know what you mean about them looking puny. But, the AWD rotors are only about an inch larger in diameter. I'm not sure if that one inch would make a huge difference in appearance or not.

Yeah, so far, no warping on these. And I am pretty hard on my brakes......

I am not sure where the Cracking rumor comes from. When I was a mehanic we installed drilled rotors on some squads and never had an issue with cracking. My daily Talon has the immitation Brembo's from Ebay, both drilled and slotted and they have not cracked after 3 years. No real warping either. I use full metallic Pads so you would expect the rotors to take a beating.

I currently have been looking for a new set of rotors for the GSX swap on my 97 Eclipse project car. I really was looking at ebay cheap ones till i eventually upgrade to a powerslot big brake kit but I dont know. Cant make up my mind either.
