Has any one ever lifted a wheel some how and had every thing bind up? looks like the washer, collar, spacers only stay alligned when there's pressure on it to me.......

Also I opted for 500 front and 350 rear, where is a good base position to set my koni's?

Are there any preventitive measures that can be taken, did you break any thingthing?

Also is my front spring supposed to be an inch shorter than the rear?

I think thats it for my questions.........

hanks toby.

I prefer 8" springs in the front and rear. GC will send 7s if you don't tell them otherwise. Never heard of running 7s in the front and 8s in the rear. Sounds like an error to me.

I tried helper springs, but didn't like the slam when they reseat. My new set-up has the springs connected to the hats by zip-ties. This keeps them lined up, as well, so they always reseat on the perch squarely. You could create the same set-up by drilling some holes through the upper plate (assuming that is what you are running).

My car isn't daily driven any more, so this really hasn't been an issue for a while.

My GC's came 7 in front and 8 in rear. Mine are for AGX's, though, so it may vary.
