I lowered mr RS 2 inches with Goldline Springs and I have a camberkit for the back wheels. Will I need new shocks as well? Why would I need new shocks?

The shock is there to stop changes in direction. It is designed to work WITH the spring, but it's actually designed to work against it. Am I confusing you yet? Compress a spring and let it go and see what happens. It rebounds and the inertia this rebound creates keeps it bouncing and bouncing until the energy dissapates and the spring goes back to a resting state. Shocks resist this change in direction, and effectively slow down the spring and absorb the inertia.

Factory springs are designed to be soft, and compress more before they rebound. Aftermarket ones are designed to be stiff and rebound right away. Factory shocks are matched to these soft springs for maximum ride comfort, while still preventing the perpetual bouncing state that springs like to go into. If your shocks are too soft for your springs your shocks won't be able absorb enough of the spring's energy, cause your car to bounce itself into bottoming out. This destroys shocks very quickly, and makes it very difficult to keep your lunch down. :)
