Will 1g AWD coil overs fit 1g FWD?

My friend has a parts car with some coil-overs on it. It is a 92 GSX and I was just wondering if the coil overs will fit a 91 GST.

the spring rates will probably be a little stiffer because of the additional weight of the AWD, but they will fit

They'll fit fine if you're talking coil-over sleeves. If you're talking JIC FLT-A2 or Tein or D2, they won't fit as the lower rear shock mounts are different.

I had a FWD and AWD at the same time i know the fronts will fit for sure, but the AWD rears are different than the FWD rears and have a totally different mounting. You'll see what im talkin about. Hopefully that helps a little...
