rear disc swap

buddys 96 eclipse GS slung a rod and he's letting me take whatever I want from his car before he has it towed off

on the list are:
armrest
50/50 rear seat
and of course rear disc brakes

I searched and found nothing. Will the rear disc swap to my 97 rs be a "bolt in" type deal? I would imagine it is, but I'd like to know for sure before I head up there tomorrow morning.

Nope, you're going to need at least a hub assembly from a disc brake dsm. Also, the barking brake is going to need to be switched.

It's still "bolt in" it just requires more than just the calipers and rotors/pads. If he'll let you grab anything you want, you should be able to get everything you need off the car.
