Conquest/Starion wheels

I really like the conquest/starion wheel a lot. Does anyone know if the 16x8 wheels will fit a 2g dsm? I know they are both 5 lug, but I don't know about the pattern, and the spacing.

They will not work. They have the same bolt pattern but the offset is totally different. The wheels would stick past the fender. The 1986 and 87 starions had 16x7 front with 18mm offset and rear with 18mm offset. The 1988 and 89 had 16x8 front with 18mm offset and 16x9 on the back with 0mm offset.
