Another Offset Question :(

I never knew I'd be asking another wheel question after I got my wheels about 4 months ago. But, something came up and I might be getting some WORK wheels. The only size they have are:
18x7.5 +45

OR

18x8.0 +38

I have a 225/40/18 tire. What would work better and not rub?

I am thinking about getting a set of RO_JA wheels and they recomend +37 offset. Don't know if that helps you out any.
