2G autox camber issue

I started autox last year. The 95 GSX handles like a barge on the hard corners. My car profile shows what I have done for suspension. In searching the articles and posts, I think I may have introduced some positve front end camber by lowering the car 1.5" (actual). I have had it aligned, but I have 0 faith in the local technicians when it comes to things that I confess to know little about. The band-aid that I have seen posted looks like the installation of a camber adjusting kit that will allow me to take the camber to -3deg. Can someone who has done this mod confirm that it helps and that the kit will withstand autox? What new problems will I encounter with this mod?

Actually, lowering adds negative camber, so you probably have about a degree right now. But you're correct that you want more. If you're on street tires, then SP eccentric bushings will get you close to what you need, but be sure to shim down the rear camber to being between half and two-thirds of what you end up with in the front. That will help. If you're on R-compounds in SM, then you have lots of options, the cheapest being to redrill your front upper control arms (and grind off some stuff for clearance) to get in the 2.5 degree range.
