Ok, I always assumed any lowering spring is going to have a higher spring rate than stock. I also assumed the lower you go, the higher rate the spring would have becaue of less room for travel...
BUT, I'm looking at Tein's Eclipse page for spring rates and their S-Tech spring lowers F 1.3 and R 1.2 with spring rates at 190 and 110. Then their H-tech spring lowers F .9 and R .8 but has spring rates at 210 130.
Now all of those rates are lower than ProStreeOnlines page stating the stock rates are 246 141. What gives? Are some of the numbers wrong or what??? They're all listed as lbs/in
Also, does anyone have either of these spring installed that can give me some feed back? I've remember one or two S tech reviews but never a H tech review. Which shock are you using also. Thanks.
