Basically what the title says have you heard of this company and has anyone tried them. The kit is only 170.00 shipped for all the springs and there coil over is only 750.00. Still debating which way I want to go.
Any thouhts welcome.
THANKS

While I have never been able to find the specific rates for Progress springs for 2Gs, in general, Progress springs have higher rates than stock and (usually) higher rates than Eibach ProKits. This is good. However, high-rate linear springs come with a downside. When you raise the rate, the amount that the springs are squashed just sitting still is (obviously) reduced. What this means is that the springs are more easily unloaded over nasty bumps or dips and when a spring (with no helper and no progressiveness to the rate) is unloaded and then the car settles down again, you get a nasty crunching noise or thump.

If you have smooth roads where you live, these are probably better than ProKits and might even be as good as H&Rs ... I wish I knew the specific rates. But if you live in a place anything like central PA, I'd think twice about these on a street car.
