Will 97 TSi coilovers fit on my 97 Spyder N/T ?

I need to know because I might be getting a set of Skunk2 coilovers off this guy who has them currently on his 97 Talon TSi...

Is the application the same???

EDIT: This is a n00b question, wasnt sure weather or not to put it in here, or noobie forum..

I have a hunch that AWD and FWD will be different app's.. please lemme knoww!!

the sleeves are the same for the front..the spring rates are different,i dunno about the rear springs,they must be different too.

i personally would just try it out,if the springs feel funny when in the car(try throwing it around etc on an empty lot) u could get other springs for cheap..

how much u paying for the coilovers? not more than 1/3 of new price i hope(since its iffy if it would work properly)

$80 Canadian is what I talked him down to .. Im pretty sure they are just the adjustable springs, and not the full coilover kit.

Skunk2 coilovers consist of crappy springs with lousy rates plus cheaply-made sleeves with perches that adjust for a while and then break or seize.

$80CA sounds about right, since that's like five bucks US, right?

Are they that bad?> They are used too.. hmm I wonder now.. he said they were in good condition and he was upgrading to some TEIN suspension. Thats why he was selling. He said they were on the car when he bought it too.

You could problaby get some ebay coilovers for cheaper, and they'd be new. Problaby just as good of quality as the ones you're getting.
