anyone elses car squeek when in reverse?

I got this terrible squeek in the rear of my car when it rolls back from neatral or i go in reverse. i greased a few suspension things in the back and tightened the lug nuts as tight as they go. any one else got an idea?

I had the same thing until I replaced my rear brake pads.
Take the rear brake pads off, then install an additional thin plastic "antisqueal" shim under the stock metallic shim. You can also apply a layer of brake antisqueal coating (it's like red RTV) under the stock shim.
Since I was replacing my pads anyway, I used the coating, then the plastic shim, then the metallic shim on top.
If you have a Hayes shop manual, it shows the whole procedure.

oh no wonder my greasing various suspension bolts and tightening the lug nuts didnt help at all.
