Did brakes, brake light came on, and stays on...

I just today did my brake pads, front&rear

after i did the front ones everything was fine,

then i did the back ones, and now my brake light on the dash won't turn off.

What have i done? and how do i fix it?

Check your fluid. Brake light will stay on if you are low on fluid too.

is your ebrake engaged? maybe you have to adjust it.

fiddle with it, up n down and she should be fine.

Same thing happened to me when i replaced my old brakes with the big brakes. Fluid was too low, get that sucker full! It needs pressure.

already checked all that, i think i just broke it, ebrake isnt engaged at all, fluids are full.

maybe ill just cut the wire, then itll go off

nevermind, i figured it out. (ever do something so stupid you want to kick yourself for it, this is one of those times, I won't even explain to regain my dignity, )
